Chex
For me, it isn't Christmas without homemade Chex mix. So, in a valiant effort to procrastinate studying for my finals, I made Chex mix, the extended version with garlic melba toast. Man, that stuff makes the house smell great! I listened to Pink Floyd while I made it. I listened to Pink Floyd to and from the outlet mall yesterday too. Nothing says Christmas like "The Dogs of War."

My dinner was a ham and mushroom pizza from a local company running a promotion. I believe that's the only way they will sell pizzas, as it was subpar.
I will be making an eggnog for a friend's party, and what New Year's would be complete without Gløgg, so I'll be whipping up some of that, too. Any room in the ultimate snackdown for those? ;-)

That's a good idea. I have a reasonable number of eggnog recipes, enough to warrant a snackdown battle and few enough to be tested by new year's. It shall commence posthaste!
